Batak Museum

Batak Museum is located in the village Tomok Tomok, District Simanindo, Samosir, North Sumatra province, or rather at the end of Market Souvenirs Tomok crossing towards the Old King's Grave Sidabutar. To visit the museum, visitors have to cross Lake Toba. Usually departs from the pier leading to the dock connector Ajibata Tomok at Samosir Island. The museum architecture Ruma Bolon, a traditional dwelling house Batak. The museum building has distinctive ornamentation. On the walls of the building is dominated carvings red, black, and white. The third color is the color of the spiritual symbol of the Batak. In addition, the building walls are carved lizard and four breasts.
